METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WINDOW
To provide a method for manufacturing a window capable of quickly attaching a sash frame to a proper position when attaching the sash frame to an opening of a building frame.SOLUTION: Position adjustment parts 3, 3 are attached only to an upper part of an outer peripheral side of left and right vertical frames 2, 2 of a sash frame 1. The sash frame 1 is fitted into an opening 4 of the building frame from the outdoor side. An upper frame 6 side of the sash frame 1 is positioned at the opening 4 of the building frame. A position of a lower frame 7 of the sash frame 1 is adjusted in the left-right direction so that diagonal dimensions A and B of the sash frame 1 are substantially the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 サッシ枠を躯体開口部に取付ける際に、サッシ枠を適正な位置に迅速に取付けることのできる窓の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】 サッシ枠１の左右の縦枠２，２の外周側面の上部にのみ位置調整部品３，３を取付け、サッシ枠１を躯体開口部４に室外側から嵌め、サッシ枠１の上枠６側が躯体開口部４に位置決めされ、サッシ枠１の下枠７を左右方向に位置調整してサッシ枠１の対角寸法Ａ，Ｂが略同じになるように調整する。【選択図】 図４
