To provide a window manufacturing method allowing workability for a window holding a panel body with bead material in a window opening to be improved.SOLUTION: A window manufacturing method is provided with: an attachment process of attaching a prefitted bead on one side of opening walls of a panel opening holding a panel body; a process of inserting the panel body in the panel opening; an insertion process of selecting an insertion member with an appropriate thickness among a plurality of insertion members with different thickness before inserting a backup member between the other side of the opening wall of the panel opening and the panel body; a process of inserting the backup member between the other side of the opening wall of which interval is kept in a specific interval by the insertion member and the panel body; a process of pressing in the backup member inserted between the other side of the opening wall and the panel body to a specific depth position; and a process of filling sealer between the other side of the opening wall and the panel body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
