REPAIR CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND REPAIR EQUIPMENT FOR EXTERNAL WATER INFILTRATION PART OF SEWAGE PIPE
To provide a repair construction method and repair equipment for an external water infiltration part of a sewage pipe, which can obtain an elastic seal state by filling the external water infiltration part of the sewage pipe with a water stop material and also obtain the elastic seal state around the external water infiltration part of a pipe inner surface.SOLUTION: A repair construction method for an external water infiltration part of a sewage pipe comprises: a survey and confirmation step of investigating and confirming presence, condition, location, etc. of external water infiltration points in a main pipe, a mounting pipe currently in use, and a waste mounting pipe with a camera by making a traveling robot run in the sewer main pipe; and a water stop material filling step of, when there is the external water infiltration part, by using resin, as water stop material, that has physical properties such as heat fluidity when heated and an elastic shield function of semi-permanent hardening when cooled, heating the water stop material to supply the same to a water stop material filling device provided on the traveling robot and filling the external water infiltration part with the water stop material using the water stop material filling device. The filling of the external water infiltration part with the water stop material not only fills cracking parts and damaged holes in the main pipe and the waste mounting pipe with the water stop material in a filled state but also fills the cracking parts and the damaged holes on a pipe inner surface so as to cover around peripheral parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下水道管の外部水浸入部に止水材を充填し弾性シール状態を得るとともに管内面の外部水浸入部の周辺部についても弾性シール状態を得る。【解決手段】走行ロボットを下水道の本管内に走行させカメラで本管、現在使用中の取付管および廃棄取付管に外部水浸入部の存在、状況、位置等を調査確認する調査確認ステップを行い、外部水浸入部がある場合に、止水材として、加熱すると加熱流動性を有し冷却されると半永久的に硬化せず弾性シールド機能を有する物性を備えた樹脂を用い、止水材を加熱し走行ロボットに備えた止水材充填装置に供給し、止水材充填装置を用いて止水材を外部水浸入部に充填する止水材充填ステップを行い、止水材の前記外部水浸入部への充填は、止水材が本管および廃棄取付管にひび割れ部や破損孔に充満状態に充填するだけでなく、管内面のひび割れ部や破損孔を周辺部を被覆するように充填する。【選択図】図１
