REPAIR METHOD AND REPAIR DEVICE FOR EXTERNAL WATER INFILTRATION AREA OF SEWER PIPE
To fill an external water infiltration area of a sewer pipe with water stop material to obtain an elastic seal state, and to obtain an elastic seal state on the inner surface of the pipe in the vicinity of the external water infiltration area as well.SOLUTION: A repair method for external water infiltration areas includes: investigation confirmation step S1 in which a mobile robot travels inside a main sewer pipe and a camera is used for investigating and confirming the presence, status, location, etc. of external water infiltration areas in the main pipe, currently used mounting pipes, and wasted mounting pipes; and water stop material filling step S4 for filling the external water infiltration areas, if there are any, with water stop material using a water stop material filling device provided in the mobile robot, in which the water stop material not only fills the cracks and damaged holes in the main pipe and the wasted mounting pipes but also fills the cracks and damaged holes on the inner surface of the pipe so as to cover the surrounding areas in filling the external water infiltration areas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下水道管の外部水浸入部に止水材を充填し弾性シール状態を得るとともに管内面の外部水浸入部の周辺部についても弾性シール状態を得ること。【解決手段】走行ロボットを下水道の本管内に走行させカメラで本管、現在使用中の取付管および廃棄取付管に外部水浸入部の存在、状況、位置等を調査確認する調査確認ステップＳ１を行い、外部水浸入部がある場合に、走行ロボットに備えた止水材充填装置を用いて止水材を外部水浸入部に充填する止水材充填ステップＳ４を行い、止水材の前記外部水浸入部への充填は、止水材が本管および廃棄取付管にひび割れ部や破損孔に充満状態に充填するだけでなく、管内面のひび割れ部や破損孔を周辺部を被覆するように充填する。【選択図】図１
