DRIVER SEAT FLOOR STRUCTURE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
To provide a driver seat floor structure of a construction machine with high rigidity which can improve workability when performing work with respect to an object to be arranged, which is arranged below a floor plate.SOLUTION: At a floor plate 8 arranged at a foot of a driver seat 7 of a hydraulic shovel 1, a work window part 9a is formed which can access hydraulic equipment 10 arranged below the driver seat 7. The floor plate 8 includes: a work recess part 9b which penetrates vertically and which communicates with the work window part 9a and forms a recessed shape in a plan view; and a cover member 12 for covering and closing the work recess part 9b from above. At a portion connected to the work recess part 9b on an opening periphery in the work window part 9a of the floor plate 8, a protrusion part 9c is provided protruding downward. On a rear surface of the cover member 12, a reinforcement wall part 12a is provided in a protrusive manner which is overlapped with the protrusion part 9c in the horizontal direction, when the work recess part 9b is covered by the cover member 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】フロアプレート下方に配置された被配置物に対して作業を行う際の作業性を良くすることができる高剛性の建設機械における運転席フロア構造を提供する。【解決手段】油圧ショベル1の運転席7足元に配置されたフロアプレート8には、運転席7下方に配置された油圧機器10にアクセス可能な作業窓部9aが形成される。フロアプレート8は、上下に貫通し、且つ、作業窓部9aに連通する平面視で凹状をなす作業凹部9bと、作業凹部9bを上方から覆って塞ぐカバー部材12とを備える。フロアプレート8の作業窓部9aにおける開口周縁の作業凹部9bに連続する部分には、下方に向かって突出する突条部9cが設けられる。カバー部材12の裏面には、当該カバー部材12で作業凹部9bを覆った際、突条部9cに対して水平方向に重なる補強壁部12aが突設される。【選択図】図7
