CEILING HEAT INSULATION STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a ceiling heat insulation structure allowing firm integration of heat insulation panels with a ceiling slab with an easier and safer construction method.SOLUTION: Multiple pieces of heat insulation panels 2 formed with grooves 2c on side faces thereof are arranged on a form 11 with the grooves 2c facing each other and with a heat insulation block 3 crossing from one groove 2c to the other groove 2c engaged thereto. Then, hardware 5 is arranged on the heat insulation panels 2, the hardware 5 is connected to the heat insulation block 3 with a machine screw 4, and a ceiling slab 1 is constructed by placing concrete on the heat insulation panels 2, and the hardware 5 is buried into the ceiling slab 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】より簡易で安全な施工方法で、断熱パネルと天井スラブとを強固に一体化し得る天井断熱構造とその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】型枠11上に、側面に溝部2cが形成された複数枚の断熱パネル2を、溝部2c同士を対向させて、一方の溝部2cから他方の溝部2cにわたる断熱ブロック3を嵌合して配置し、次いで、断熱パネル2上に金物5を配置し、該金物5と断熱ブロック3とをビス4で連結した後、断熱パネル2上にコンクリートを打設して天井スラブ1を構築すると同時に、金物5を天井スラブ1内に埋没させる。【選択図】図5
