To provide a fixing bracket and a fixing method of a sound insulation plate capable of fixing a translucent sound insulation plate to a column by the fixing bracket fitted with low noise without hitting by a hammer or the like.SOLUTION: A fixing bracket 1 of a sound insulation plate inserted into a gap between a column H1 of a sound insulation wall W1 and a translucent sound insulation plate B1 to press and fix the translucent sound insulation plate B1 to the column H1, comprises a V-shaped plate spring material 2 for pressing the end of the translucent sound insulation plate B1 with the restoring force at the time of elastic deformation, a push bracket 3 for pressing and expanding the open end side of the plate spring material 2, and a bolt set 4 having a bolt 40 and nuts (41, 42) to be screwed through the push bracket 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】前述した問題に鑑みて案出されたものであり、その目的とするところは、ハンマー等で叩かずに低騒音で固定金具により透光性遮音板を支柱に固定することができる遮音板の固定金具及び固定方法を提供する。【解決手段】遮音壁Ｗ１の支柱Ｈ１と透光性遮音板Ｂ１との隙間に差し込まれて透光性遮音板Ｂ１を支柱Ｈ１に押圧して固定する遮音板の固定金具１において、弾性変形時の復元力で透光性遮音板Ｂ１の端部を押圧するくの字状の板バネ材２と、この板バネ材２の開放端側を押し込んで広げる押し金具３と、この押し金具３を貫通してねじ込むボルト４０とナット（４１，４２）を有するボルトセット４と、を設ける。【選択図】図１
