To provide a fixing metal fitting of a sound insulation plate, and a fixing structure and a fixing method of the sound insulation plate, with extremely excellent workability and economic efficiency, capable of meeting the needs for installing the fixing metal fitting on a support in advance and then erecting the sound insulation plate, and capable of performing biasing work of the sound insulation plate simultaneously with the erection of the sound insulation plate.SOLUTION: A fixing metal fitting 4 for a sound insulation plate 9 has a support force transmission member 1 and a pressing member (a fastening bolt 2 and a fastening nut 3). The support force transmission member 1 is provided with a vertical surface part 11 abutting on an inner side surface of one flange 10a of a column 10, and the pressing member is passed through and fixed to a pressing hole 11a provided in the vertical surface part 11 via the flange 10a to position the support force transmission member 1 on the column 10. The support force transmission member 1 is formed to have the vertical surface part 11, an upper surface part 12, a reaction force transmission part 13, an input part 14, and a strut part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
