To provide an electrolytic protection effect monitor capable of accurately and easily grasping the effect of electrolytic protection applied to a structure and facilitating the maintenance of the electrolytic protection.SOLUTION: An electrolytic protection effect monitor 1 capable of monitoring the effect of electrolytic protection applied to a structure containing a metal material installed in water or soil comprises: a negative electrode terminal 3 electrically connected to a metal material 11 to be protected against corrosion; a reference terminal 4 electrically connected to a reference electrode 13 brought close to the metal material 11; a measurement part 52 for measuring the cathode potential of the metal material 11 with reference to the reference electrode 13; a determination part 53 for determining whether the electrolytic protection effect is good or bad based on the measured value by the measurement part 52; and a notification part 6 for notifying the determination result by the determination part 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
