SIDE SPAN TIMBERING STRUCTURE OF CONTINUOUS T-GIRDER VIADUCT SPANNING EXISTING RAIL TRACK
To provide a side span timbering structure of a continuous T-girder viaduct spanning an existing rail track.SOLUTION: A side span timbering structure of a continuous T-girder viaduct spanning an existing rail truck has a suspension rod 1 that can be pulled from both ends and a bracket at the bottom of a bridge, and the upper part is supported by the top of foundation structure (i.e., main structure of the bridge where the concrete placing work has been completed) while the lower part is connected to a lateral beam of the bracket at the bottom of the bridge. The timbering structure proposed by the present invention can efficiently solve the problem of the limited space at the bottom when constructing the side span of a continuous T-girder viaduct spanning an existing rail track, reduces the amount of timbering used and significantly reduces the cost input compared to an above-floor type timbering construction method and an attachment type timbering construction method, and reduces the amount of suspension scaffolds required for conventional suspension platforms and guarantees the safety with respect to conventional support brackets, while at the same time reducing the amount of timbering used. The invention is simple in structure, convenient to remove, short in construction period, safe and reliable, and particularly adapted to the construction of bridges spanning an existing rail track.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既存線路にまたがる連続T桁高架橋のサイドスパン支保工構造を提供する。【解決手段】両端から引っ張り可能な吊り棒1と橋梁底部のブラケットを有し、上部は、基礎構造の頂部(即ちコンクリート打設作業が完了した橋梁の主体構造)に支持され、下部は、橋梁底部のブラケットの横ビームに接続される。本発明により提案された支保工構造により、既存線路にまたがる連続T桁高架橋のサイドスパンを施工する際に下部の空間が限られている問題を効率的に解決することができるとともに、床上形支保工架設工法と付着形支保工架設工法に比べて、支保工の使用量を減少させ、費用の投入を大幅に低減する。従来の吊り台に必要な吊り足場を減少し、従来の支持ブラケットに対してその安全性を保障すると同時に、支保工の使用量を減少させる。本発明は、構造が簡単で、取り外しが便利で、工期が短く、安全で信頼性を持ち、特に既存路線にまたがる橋の施工に適応する。【選択図】図1
