NUCLEAR DISASTER-DAMAGE RESISTING COAL THERMAL ELECTRIC POWER PLANT AND NUCLEAR DISASTER-DAMAGE RESISTING COAL THERMAL ELECTRIC POWER PLANT OF CARBON DIOXIDE GAS DISCHARGE SUPPRESSED TYPE
To provide a coal thermal electric power plant covered with a strong wall, allowing scram of an apparatus by stretching gamma ray detectors on the wall, provided with means allowing restoration and reconstruction in a few days after bombing.SOLUTION: A site boundary of a coal burning thermal electric power plant is enclosed with an impact protection wall, and a lot of gamma ray detectors 1 are installed on a ground surface outside the impact protection wall or on apexes. The gamma ray detectors 1 are connected to motors and fans of a coal conveyor via underground electric cables, and causes scram of the power plant when neighborhood is subjected to nuclear attack. Discharged carbon dioxide gas is removed by a carbon dioxide gas removing preheater. When carbon dioxide gas is sufficiently reduced, steam is said to have higher greenhouse effect than carbon dioxide gas. A coal burning thermal electric power generation technique is secured until then.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
