DESCENDING WINDOW OPENING AND CLOSING AUXILIARY TOOL
To provide a descending window opening and closing auxiliary tool capable of designing a thickness to be compact and improving durability.SOLUTION: A descending window opening and closing auxiliary tool 1 includes: a body 2 arranged below a descending window; and an arm 4 capable of revolving vertically with a roller 4a on its tip. The body 2 includes a link unit 6, a spring unit 8, and a support unit 12 inside. The link unit 6 is composed in a both-lever mechanism with a part of the body 2 as a fixed joint. The arm 4 is attached to a prime mover joint 6a of the both-lever mechanism to be capable of revolving integrally. The spring unit 8 has coupling metal fittings 8b, 8c coupled to both ends of coil springs 8a arranged in parallel. The coupling metal fitting 8b on one end of the spring unit 8 is coupled to a coupling point 6cc on a follower joint 6c of the both-lever mechanism and a coupling joint 8c on the other end is supported by the support unit 12 through a spring fixing pin 10. A virtual straight line which is in parallel with a stretching direction of the spring unit 8 and passing through the coupling point 6 cc is configured to always pass through in between the joints on both ends of the follower joint 6c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】厚さをコンパクトに設計できると共に、耐久性の向上が可能な下降窓開閉補助具を提供する。【解決手段】下降窓開閉補助具1は、下降窓の下方に配置される本体2と上下に旋回可能であり先端にローラ4aを有するアーム4を備えている。本体2は、内側にリンク部6、バネ部8及び支持部12を備える。リンク部6は、本体2の一部を固定節とする両てこ機構で構成されている。両てこ機構の原動節6aにはアーム4が一体回動可能に取り付けられている。バネ部8は並列に配置されたコイルバネ8aの両端に連結金具8b、8cが連結されている。バネ部8の一端の連結金具8bが、両てこ機構の従動節6c上の連結点6ccに連結され、他端の連結金具8cは、バネ固定ピン10を介して支持部12に支持される。バネ部8の伸縮方向に平行であって、連結点6ccを通る仮想直線は、常に、従動節6cの両端のジョイントの間を通るように構成される。【選択図】図1
