END SUPPORT METAL FITTING OF CEILING BACKING MATERIAL
To provide an end support metal fitting for fixing both ends of a ceiling backing material of one-side support type.SOLUTION: An end support metal fitting 10 supporting the end of a ceiling backing material comprises a fixed frame part constituted of a metallic long frame body, one side edge part of which in a longitudinal direction is fixed to a floor joist of upstairs, a standing part standing downward from the fixed frame part, a ceiling plate fixing part extending from the standing part in a substantially horizontal direction and a folding part folded upward in the floor joist direction from the ceiling plate fixing part. The end support metal fitting 10 comprises a placing part 11 placed on an upper surface of a beam part, a back surface part 12 folded downward substantially vertically from the placing part 11, a lateral surface part 13 provided at both sides of the back surface part 12 and a ceiling backing material placing part 14 placing a ceiling fixing part of the ceiling backing material. The back surface part 12 is screwed to the beam part and the ceiling fixing part of the ceiling backing material is clamped and held by a lower edge part of both lateral surface parts 13 and the ceiling backing material placing part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】片側支持タイプの天井下地材の両端部を固定する端部支持金具を提供する。【解決手段】金属製の長尺状の枠体からなり、当該枠体の長手方向の一側縁部が階上の床根太に固定される固定枠部と、この固定枠部から下方に起立する起立部と、この起立部から略水平方向に延長する天井板固定部と、この天井板固定部から床根太方向の上方に折曲する折曲部とから成る天井下地材の端部を支持する端部支持金具10である。この端部支持金具10は、梁部の上面に載置される載置部11と、この載置部11から略直角に下方に折曲する背面部12と、背面部12の両側に配置される側面部13と、前記天井下地材の天井固定部を載置する天井下地材載置部14とから成る。背面部12を梁部に螺着し、天井下地材の天井固定部を前記両側面部13の下縁部と天井下地材載置部14とによって挟持且つ保持される。【選択図】図１
