BACKING MATERIAL FIXING METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve earthquake-proof strength by preventing sliding, separation, looseness and positional dislocation of mutual orthogonal backing materials, even if swinging such as an earthquake is received, by firmly connecting-fixing by a machine screw fixation of a rising fixing piece 412 and a vertical fixing piece 422, by making an assembly adjustment such as squareness taking-out, leveling and positioning by a tightening condition of tightening-loosening operation of fastening means 5, by mutually sandwiching the mutual backing materials in pressure contact by an undersurface fixing member 41 and an upper surface fixing member 42 arranged from the opening side of the orthogonal backing materials.SOLUTION: An undersurface fixing member 41 is straddled over a reverse surface upper surface part of a lower side backing material and an undersurface part of an upper side backing material, and an upper surface fixing member 42 is arranged in surface abutment by straddling over a reverse surface undersurface part of the upper side backing material and an upper surface part of the lower side backing material, and the mutual backing materials are mutually sandwiched in pressure contact by both, and a rising fixing piece 412 and a vertical fixing piece 422 bent-formed in respective ones, are fixed by a machine screw to a side surface part of the corresponding backing material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】直交する下地材の開口側から配設される下面固定部材41と上面固定部材42とにより下地材同士を互いに圧接挟持させ、締結手段5の緊緩操作の締め付け具合によって、直角度やレベル出し、位置決めなどの組み付け調整が行え、立上り固定片412と垂下固定片422のビス固定で強固に連結固定させて、地震等の揺れを受けても、直交する下地材同士の滑りや離間、ガタツキ、位置ズレを防止して耐震強度を向上する。【解決手段】下面固定部材41を下側下地材の裏面上面部と上側下地材の下面部に跨らせ、上面固定部材42を上側下地材の裏面下面部と下側下地材の上面部に跨らせて面当て配設し、両者によって下地材同士を互いに圧接挟持させ、それぞれに折曲形成した立上り固定片412と垂下固定片422を、対応する下地材の側面部にビス固定する。【選択図】 図1
