SLOPE SPRAYING CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND SPRAYING MACHINE
To provide a slope spraying construction method and a spraying machine capable of mechanically carrying out spraying work and accurately spraying a spraying material on the surface of the slope in a uniform thickness, not using a spraying device made to order.SOLUTION: The present invention is implemented in combination with a metrology machine (M). An attachment (1) is attached to a vehicle. The attachment (1) comprises a plate-like member (2) movable in the longitudinal direction and extending in an orthogonal direction, and a spray nozzle (3) movable along the plate-like member (2). The spray nozzle (3) is moved following the surface shape of the slope. When the nozzle is moved, the attachment (1) is extended and contracted, and the attachment (1) is rocked. Either, a movement of the plate-like member (2) in the longitudinal direction of the attachment (1), a movement of the spray nozzle (3) along the plate-like member (2), a rotation of the plate-like member (2) about the rotation center extending in the longitudinal direction of the attachment (1) or in a direction parallel thereto, or a rotation of the spray nozzle (3) is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】機械的に吹付作業を施工出来、吹付装置を一品製作でなく、吹付材を法面の表面上に均一厚さに正確に吹き付け出来る法面吹付工法及び吹付用機械の提供。【解決手段】本発明は、計測機械(M)と組み合わせて実行され、車両にアタッチメント(1)を取り付け、アタッチメント(1)は、長手方向に移動可能で且つ直交する方向に延在する板状部材(2)、板状部材(2)に沿って移動可能な吹付用ノズル(3)を備え、吹付用ノズル(3)を法面の表面形状に追随、移動し、ノズルを移動する際には、アタッチメント(1)を伸縮し、アタッチメント(1)を揺動し、板状部材(2)をアタッチメント(1)の長手方向の移動、板状部材(2)に沿った吹付用ノズル(3)の移動、アタッチメント(1)の長手方向或いはそれと平行な方向に延在する回転中心に対する板状部材(2)の回動、吹付用ノズル(3)の回動の何れかが実行される。【選択図】図2
