CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CONCRETE FORM FOR CONSTRUCTION JOINT, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CONCRETE MEMBER
To provide a construction method of a concrete form for a construction joint allowing leaking of slag from a construction joint surface to be prevented and allowing labor load for installation and assembly for the concrete form for the construction joint to be reduced.SOLUTION: A construction method of a concrete form 10 for a construction joint installed at a joint part of concrete members 58 comprises: a heating process for softening thermoplastic material 12 which is cured at a temperature equal to or lower than a temperature generated around the concrete form 10 for the construction joint upon curing concrete 58a; and a form forming process for forming a form which conforms to a forming surface of the concrete member 58 by placing and stacking the softened thermoplastic material 12 along an abutment plate 14 placed along a desired form.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】打継面からのノロ漏れを防止することができ、かつ打継型枠の設置、組立のための労力を軽減することのできる打継型枠の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート部材58の打継部に設置される打継型枠10の施工方法であって、打設後のコンクリート58aを養生する際に打継型枠10近傍に生じる温度以下で硬化する熱可塑材12を軟化させる加熱工程と、軟化させた熱可塑材12を所望する形状に沿って配置された当て板14に沿って積層配置することでコンクリート部材58の形成面に沿った形状を形成する形状形成工程と、を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
