To provide a waterproof device and a waterproof method for an exterior wall joint of a fabricated building that enable a foaming agent to be continuously charged by the device itself, and can detect the completion of the charging, automatically stop the charging at its timing, and repeat the charging work and sealing work after the charging.SOLUTION: A waterproof device and a waterproof method for an exterior wall joint of a fabricated building adopt a structure consisting of a movable carriage 4, a lifting stage 2, a foaming module, a sealing module, and a cleaning trigger unit, in which it is possible to adjust the height of charging of a foaming agent and its position of emission, and to mechanize and automatize the stop of emission of the foaming agent after the charging and the sealing of the charging spot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
