To provide a cover member which is attached to a member to be attached which is attached and fixed to another member by a bolt member and a nut member, and prevents the bolt member or the nut member from being unintentionally rotated by the action of an external environment.SOLUTION: A cover member 1 is attached to a stringer 3 which is attached and fixed to a louver 2 by a bolt member 31 and a nut member 32, and has locking claw parts 16, 17 to be attached to the stringer 3 and a regulation part 15 for regulating the rotation of the bolt member 31. By arranging the regulation part 15 so as to be close to or abut on a head part 31A of the bolt member 31, the bolt member 31 and the nut member 32 are prevented from falling off by the action of the external environment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
