To provide a dimming unit having improved weather resistance, a dimming member including the dimming unit, and a movable body including the dimming member.SOLUTION: A dimming unit (3) comprises: a first laminate (31) that includes a first resin base material (311), a first hard coat layer (312), a first electrode layer (314) and a first orientation film (315) in this order; a second laminate (32) that includes a second resin base material (321) and a second orientation film (325) in this order, where the second orientation film (325) is provided so as to face the first orientation film (315); a liquid crystal layer (33) that is positioned between the first orientation film (315) and the second orientation film (325); and a seal material (34) that is positioned between the first laminate (31) and the second laminate (32) and surrounds the liquid crystal layer (33). A first adhesion layer (313) containing a silicon oxide is provided between the first hard coat layer (312) and the first electrode layer (314), and the thickness of the seal material (34) is 30 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
