To provide an AI-based tile repair method determination system, method and program for appropriately determining a repair method depending on a part in a prescribed inspection range of a tiled wall.SOLUTION: An AI-based tile repair method determination system 20 includes: an abnormality degree calculation part 32b for calculating an abnormality degree correlated with the volume of cavity in a back side of each tile from inspection data 22; an abnormal tile recognition part 32c for recognising tiles with an abnormality degree of a first abnormality threshold A1 or more out of the tiles as abnormal tiles; a grouping part 32d for grouping together abnormal tiles laid adjacent to each other; a number-of-grouped-tile calculation part 32e for counting the number of abnormal tiles included in the group; a group abnormality representative value calculation part 32f for calculating a representative value of the abnormality degrees of the abnormal tiles (a) included in the group; and a repair method selection part 32g for selecting a repair method to be applied to each group based on the number N of abnormal tiles and the representative value of the group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】タイルが貼られた壁の所定の検査範囲について、箇所によって修繕工法を適切に判断するＡＩによるタイル修繕工法判断システム、方法及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】ＡＩによるタイル修繕工法判断システム２０において、異常度合算出部３２ｂは、検査データ２２から個々のタイルの裏面側の空隙の容量に相関する異常度合を求める。異常タイル認識部３２ｃは、タイルのうち異常度合が第１異常閾値Ａ１以上であるものを異常タイルとして認識する。グループ化部３２ｄは、相互に隣接する異常タイル同士をグループにまとめる。グループタイル数算出部３２ｅは、グループに含まれる異常タイルの枚数をカウントする。グループ異常代表値算出部３２ｆは、グループに含まれる異常タイルａの異常度合の代表値を求める。修繕工法選択部３２ｇは、グループ毎に適用する修繕工法を該グループの異常タイルの枚数Ｎ及び代表値に基づいて選択する。【選択図】図３
