To provide a concrete product installation apparatus capable of efficiently installing a concrete product at an installation position.SOLUTION: A concrete product installation apparatus includes cargo handling means capable of lifting a concrete product 50 temporarily placed on a road surface and installing the concrete product at an installation position. The cargo handling means includes a lengthwise transportation mechanism 17 capable of transporting the concrete product only in a lengthwise direction in plan view, a lateral transportation mechanism 13 provided in the lengthwise transportation mechanism and capable of the concrete product only in a lateral direction in plan view, a lifting mechanism 14 provided in the lateral transportation mechanism and capable of holding the concrete product and lifting the concrete product, and a rotation mechanism 15 provided in the lateral transportation mechanism and capable of rotating around a center of the concrete product held by the lifting mechanism as a rotational axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
