CONCRETE PRODUCT FOR CABLE INSTALLATION AND BRANCHING
To provide a concrete product for cable installation and branching, capable of forming a through hole for passing a cable through at a side wall in a short time, with low labor and easily as necessary, completely maintaining a closing state without forming a hole unexpectedly at a side wall not connected with the cable and capable of preventing water invasion into the inside from the outside.SOLUTION: A concrete product 10 for cable installation and branching includes: a concrete enclosure 18 with a bottom wall 12 and a side wall 14 erected from the bottom wall 12 and formed with an internal space 16; a preliminary hole 20 formed at the side wall 14, forming a part of the side wall 14 generally by closing it, and opened as necessary; a piece member 22 fitted into the preliminary hole 20, expanding into a sectional trapezoidal shape toward an outer face of the side wall 14 from the inside of the concrete enclosure 18, having a taper side face, and forming a part of the side wall 14 generally by closing the preliminary hole 20; a release agent application part 24 provided at the taper side face of the piece member 22; and a cutoff member application part 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】必要に応じてケーブルを通すための貫通孔を側壁に短時間、低労力で簡単に形成できるとともに、ケーブルを通係させない側壁では不意に孔が形成されることがなく確実に閉鎖状態を保持できる上、外部から内部への水の浸入も防止できるケーブル設置・分岐用コンクリート製品を提供する。【解決手段】底壁１２と該底壁１２から立設された側壁１４を有し、内部空間１６が形成されたコンクリート製筐体１８と、側壁１４に設けられ常時は閉鎖されて側壁１４の一部を成し必要に応じて開口される予備孔２０と、予備孔２０に嵌合しコンクリート製筐体１８の内部から側壁１４の外面に向けて断面台形状に拡大したコマ部材であり、テーパ側面を有して常時は予備孔２０を閉鎖して側壁１４の一部を成すコマ部材２２と、コマ部材２２のテーパ側面に設けた剥離剤塗布部２４と、止水材塗布部２６と、を含むケーブル設置・分岐用コンクリート製品１０から構成される。【選択図】図１
