CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF HONEYCOMB BRICKWORK WALL MATERIAL
To replace only damaged bricks without reassembling the whole even when stacked bricks are partially damaged.SOLUTION: In a constructing method of honeycomb brickwork wall materials in which each row is stacked alternately such that the left end side of the bricks in a first row and the right end side of the bricks in a second row overlap vertically, and the bricks adjacent to the right and left in each row are arranged intermittently, the present invention has a brick having upper dowel holes on the right and left end sides of an upper surface and lower dowel holes shallower than the upper dowel holes on the right and left end sides of a lower surface, a dowel pin that is inserted from the upper dowel hole of the brick to the lower dowel hole of the brick above the same, and support metal fittings for placing bricks by making the dowel pins protrude horizontally so as to be penetrated. The dowel pin has a spring material attached under a shaft body that can contract equal to or more than the length of the lower dowel hole, to keep the support metal fitting contracted until the upper brick is placed on the support metal fitting when the brick is pushed into the upper dowel hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】積み上げられたレンガが部分的に破損した場合でも、全体的に組み直すことなく、破損したレンガだけを交換する。【解決手段】第1段のレンガの左端側と第2段のレンガの右端側とが上下に重なり、各段において左右に隣接するレンガが間欠的に配置されるように、各段を互い違いに積み上げた透かしレンガ積み壁材の構築方法であって、上面の左端側および右端側に上ダボ穴を空け、下面の左端側および右端側に前記上ダボ穴より浅い下ダボ穴を空けたレンガと、レンガの上ダボ穴からその上側のレンガの下ダボ穴まで挿し込まれるダボピンと、ダボピンを貫通可能に水平方向へ突出させることでレンガを載置する支持金具とを有し、ダボピンは、軸体の下に下ダボ穴の長さ以上に収縮可能なバネ材が取り付けられ、レンガの上ダボ穴に押し込んだときに支持金具にその上側のレンガが載置されるまで支持金具で収縮を維持させる。【選択図】図1
