To provide a marking auxiliary tool which allows measurement work to be implemented independently using a tape measure for adding a mark for marking onto a foundation, and which can be used also as a mounting table for a laser marking unit.SOLUTION: A marking auxiliary tool 1 comprises: a guide frame 2; a first fastening unit 3 which is fixed to a lower end of a short frame part 22, and includes a first fastening surface 311; and a second fastening unit 4 fitted to a long frame part 21 and capable of sliding along the long frame part 21. The first fastening unit 3 includes a base body 31, a mounting piece 34, and a fastener 33. The second fastening unit 4 includes a fastening screw shaft 41, and a slide arm 44. The foundation is sandwiched from both side surfaces using the first fastening unit 3 (first fastening surface 311) on a fixing side and the second fastening unit 4 (second fastening surface 421) on a movable side, whereby the marking auxiliary tool 1 is fastened in a freely removable manner to the foundation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
