EAVES RENOVATION METHOD
An eaves renovation method includes; in an existing building 1 that has long pillars 5 set up in a row and a long beam 9 bridged with one end being supported from the bottom by a pillar 5, the steps of: removing a pillar 8 to be removed, which is a pillar 5 not positioned at the end of the row out of the pillars 5; bridging a long supporting beam 13 on two pillars 5 sandwiching the pillar 8 to be removed, or two beams 9 each end of which is supported from below by the two pillars 5 sandwiching the pillar 8 to be removed; supporting one end of a beam 11 to be reinforced, which is a beam 9 supported from below and fixed at one end by the pillar 8 to be removed, from below by a receiving beam 13; fixing at least two or more reinforcing brackets 21 for mounting the eaves 26 to a receiving beam 13; and attaching and fixing the eaves 26 to the reinforcing brackets 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】一列に並ぶように立設する長尺な軸柱5と、一端が軸柱5によって下方から支持架設される長尺な梁9と、を有する既存建築物1において、軸柱5のうち、列の端に位置しない軸柱5である被撤去軸柱8を撤去する工程と、長尺な部材の受け梁13を、被撤去軸柱8を挟んでいた2本の軸柱5、又は、被撤去軸柱8を挟んでいた2本の軸柱5によって夫々の一端が下方から支持される2本の梁9、に架設し、被撤去軸柱8によって一端が下方から支持され且つ固定されていた梁9である被補強梁11の一端を、当該受け梁13によって下方から支持させる工程と、庇26を取り付けるための少なくとも2つ以上の補強腕木21を受け梁13に固定する工程と、補強腕木21に庇26を取り付け固定する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする庇のリフォーム方法。【選択図】図9
