To provide a fixing member etc. which is light-weight and excellent in handleability.SOLUTION: A fixing member 1 mainly comprises a body part 3, a female screw member 5, a male screw member 7, and a bolt 15 etc. The body part 3 is formed by folding a plate-like member. A folded part 9 is formed with: a first cutout part 11; and a second cutout part 13 which is provided above the first cutout part 11 and smaller than the first cutout part 11. The female screw member 5 is inserted into the second cutout part 13 from the folded part 9 side (the front of the folded part 9). In a state that the female screw member 5 is inserted into the second cutout part 13, the male screw member 7 is inserted into the body part 3 (the folded part 9) from above the body part 3 (the folded part 9) to be threadedly engaged with the female screw member 5 at the second cutout part 13. A tip of the male screw member 7 is exposed at the first cutout part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
