To easily construct a ventilation path in a building wall.SOLUTION: A sleeve pipe 10 has a cylindrical part 11 having an insertion part 13 that can be fitted into a through hole 2a provided in a building wall 1, and a flange part 12 protruding from the outer periphery of the cylindrical part 11. An inner peripheral surface 11a of the cylindrical part 11 has a locking stepped part 15 that can support a register 16 installed on the wall surface on one side of the building wall 1, and can be in contact with a support pipe 4 made of a seamless straight pipe fitted from a support part 14 of the cylindrical part 11 through a mounting opening 3b of a terminal member for a ventilation port formed in the wall surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物壁に換気路を容易に施工できるようにする。【解決手段】スリーブパイプ１０は、建物壁１に設けた貫通孔２ａと嵌合可能な差込部１３を有する円筒状の筒部１１と、筒部１１の外周から突出するフランジ部１２とを有しており、筒部１１の内周面１１ａには、建物壁１の一方側の壁面に設置するレジスタ１６を支持可能であり且つ前記壁面に形成した前記換気口用端末部材の取付開口３ｂを通じて筒部１１の支持部１４から嵌合される継ぎ目の無い直管でなる支持管４に対して当接可能な係止段部１５を有する。【選択図】図１
