To provide an easily installable sleeve pipe for a ventilation hole, which can reduce time and labor required to install.SOLUTION: A sleeve pipe for a ventilation hole of the embodiment has a cylindrical body section 10, a flange section 20 and a plurality of water stop plates 30. The body section 10 is inserted through an insertion hole 2 provided on a building external wall 1. The flange section 20 is formed to protrude from circumference of the body section 10 and has a penetration section 21 for fixing. The plurality of water stop plates 30 is formed to protrude from an inner periphery of the body section 10 and their positions in axial direction on the body section 10 are different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
