OUTER FRAME STRUCTURE OF PARTITION
To provide an outer frame structure of a partition capable of easily installing a horizontal frame on a vertical frame, performing final tightening after temporary installation, and enabling independent work.SOLUTION: The outer frame structure of a partition includes a pair of left and right vertical frames 2 standing and fixed in an opening formed in a wall portion partitioning a space, and a horizontal frame 3 provided horizontally between the pair of vertical frames. The horizontal frame is formed so as to be surrounded from at least four sides of the top wall portion, a bottom wall portion 17, and the side wall portions. Locking portions 21 each having a fixing piece 22 extending from the bottom wall portion and a locking piece 23 extending vertically from the tip of the fixing piece are provided at both ends of the horizontal frame in the longitudinal direction. A notch opening downward is formed in the locking piece. The vertical frame is provided with an insertion hole at a position corresponding to the notch at the installation position of the horizontal frame, and the insertion hole is provided with a screw 12 that can be tightened. The horizontal frame can be tightened to the vertical frame by tightening the screw in a state where the horizontal frame is placed from above the screw so that the notch is engaged with the screw.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】竪枠に横枠を容易に設置して、仮設置した後で本締めが可能であり、単独作業を可能にし得る間仕切りの外枠構造を提供する。【解決手段】間仕切りの外枠構造は、空間を仕切る壁部に形成された開口部に立脚させて固定される左右一対の竪枠２と、一対の竪枠間に水平方向に設けられる横枠３とを備え、横枠は、天壁部、底壁部１７、及び側壁部の少なくとも四方から囲まれて形成され、横枠の長手方向の両端部には、底壁部から延出した固定片２２と、固定片の先端から鉛直方向に延びる係止片２３とを有する係止部２１が設けられ、係止片には下方に開口する切欠きが形成され、竪枠には、横枠の設置位置で切欠きが対応する位置に挿通孔が形成され、挿通孔に緊締可能なビス１２を具備し、切欠きをビスに係止させるように横枠をビスの上方から載置した状態で、ビスを緊締して横枠を竪枠に緊締可能となっている。【選択図】図２
