To provide a frame structure, a partition structure, and a frame structure construction method with excellent design, superior workability, and a high degree of expansion flexibility.SOLUTION: There is provided a frame structure 10 installed with a space with a ceiling surface, comprises: a plurality of pillars 300 that can be erected on a floor surface; a main beam 100 that is fixed to an upper surface of the pillars 300; and an auxiliary beam 200 whose ends are fixed to the main beam 100. The main beam 100 and the auxiliary beam 200 are H-shaped in cross-section with web sections 110, 210 and flanges 120, 220 at both ends of the web sections 110, 210, and further comprises a plate-shaped fixing member 400 that fixes the main beam 100 and the auxiliary beam 200, and the auxiliary beam 200 vertically abuts the main beam 100 with its end, and is fixed to the main beam 100 via the fixing member 400.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
