To provide a construction method of a tile floor in a building that can restrain a dimensional error between a tile unit and a partition wall while fabricating the tile unit in a factory.SOLUTION: A construction method of a tile floor in a building carries out a tile unit construction step S2 of constructing a tile unit in the building, which is fabricated by sticking multiple tiles on a plate for the unit at a factory, and a partition wall construction step S3 of constructing a partition wall along an outer periphery of the tile unit constructed in the building at the tile unit construction step S2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
