To provide a cement composition and an alkali silica reaction retardant capable of retarding alkali silica reaction.SOLUTION: A cement composition includes a cement, an aggregate, and a silica fume. The aggregate has an expansion coefficient at a material age of 26 weeks measured in accordance with JIS A1146:2017 of 0.05% or over. The silica fume has a BET specific surface area of 5 m2/g or over and under 15 m2/g. A content of the silica fume is preferably 1 pt.mass or over and 9 pts.mass or under with respect to 100 pts.mass of cement. The silica fume is preferably those recovered from an exhaust gas generated in production processes of an electromelting zirconia.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アルカリシリカ反応を抑制できるセメント組成物及びアルカリシリカ反応抑制剤を提供すること。【解決手段】セメント組成物は、セメント、骨材及びシリカフュームを含む。前記骨材は、ＪＩＳ Ａ１１４６：２０１７に準拠して測定された材齢２６週における膨張率が０．０５％以上である。前記シリカフュームのＢＥＴ比表面積が、５ｍ２／ｇ以上１５ｍ２／ｇ未満である。前記シリカフュームの含有量が、セメント１００質量部に対して１質量部以上９質量部以下であることが好適である。前記シリカフュームは、電融ジルコニアの製造過程で発生する排気ガスから回収されたものであることも好適である。【選択図】図１
