To provide a fire preventive facility in which a member attached to an inside of an opening such as a sash can be firmly fixed to an opening frame material while efficiently restraining fire spread from an inside of a wall structure to the opening.SOLUTION: A fire preventive facility 20 includes: an opening frame material 11X which forms an opening 12 in a wall structure 10 of a building; and an opening refractory material 15 which is attached to a position on the opposite side to the opening 12 of the opening frame material 11X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
