To provide a support structure which is easily maintained, and a power generation facility.SOLUTION: A support structure 10 comprises a post portion 1, a support member 2, and a fixing member 3. The post portion 1 supports a wind power generator 103. The post portion 1 has a side face 1b extending in a vertical direction. The support member 2 is disposed so as to face the side face 1b of the post portion 1. An opening portion 2a is formed in the support member 2. The fixing member 3 is connected with the side face 1b of the post portion 1, and extends into an inside of the opening portion 2a. The fixing member 3 defines a position of the post portion 1 with respect to the support member 2. The fixing member 3 includes an elastic portion. The elastic portion is in contact with an inner wall of the opening portion 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
