ADHESIVE FEMALE SCREW ANCHOR, AND INSTALLATION METHOD OF THE SAME
To provide an adhesive female screw anchor and an installation method which can freely determine a length of an anchor portion bolt, can reduce a diameter of a drilled hole provided in a construction face, requires less adhesive, can fix an apparatus in the form of contacting with the construction face, and has no protrusion on the construction face when an apparatus fixing bolt is removed, and an installation method of the same.SOLUTION: An adhesive female screw anchor 1 comprises: an anchor portion bolt 2; a female screw sleeve 3 engaged with the same; and a locking sleeve 4 connecting both of them. The female screw sleeve 3 has a length required for inserting and fixing an apparatus fixing bolt and the anchor portion bolt 2 and an effective cross area substantially the same as an effective cross area of a male screw of the anchor portion bolt. An installation method of the adhesive female screw anchor 1 includes the steps of: providing a drilled hole A (8) having a depth and a diameter in which the female screw sleeve 3 and the locking sleeve 4 are housed and a drilled hole B (9) having a depth and a diameter corresponding to a part of the anchor portion bolt 2, on a construction face by using the adhesive female screw anchor 1; and installing so that an end 3a of the female screw sleeve becomes in the same plane as the construction face 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】アンカー部ボルトの長さを自由に決められ、施工面に設ける穿孔径を小さくでき、必要な接着剤の量が少なく、施工面に接触する形で機器を固定でき、機器固定ボルトを取り外すと施工面に突起物がない接着系雌ねじアンカーとその設置方法を提供する【解決手段】アンカー部ボルト２と、それに係合する雌ねじスリーブ３と、その両者を結合するロック用スリーブ４からなり、雌ねじスリーブ３が、機器固定ボルトとアンカー部ボルト２が挿入・固定されるのに必要な長さと、アンカー部ボルトの雄ねじの有効断面積と同等の有効断面積を有する接着系雌ねじアンカー１、及び、それを用いて、施工面に雌ねじスリーブ３とロック用スリーブ４が収まる深さと径とを有する穿孔Ａ（８）とアンカー部ボルト２の部分に対応する深さと径を有する穿孔Ｂ（９）を設け、雌ねじスリーブの端部３ａが施工面６と同一平面になるよう設置する接着系雌ねじアンカー１の設置方法。【選択図】図４
