To provide a road surface coating machine capable of suitably applying a two-pack type polyurea coating for coating by adjusting the coating temperature.SOLUTION: A road surface coating machine comprises: a heating unit for respectively heating a main agent and a curing agent that constitute a polyurea coating; a liquid pressurizing unit for respectively applying pressure to the main agent and the curing agent; a mixing unit for mixing the main agent and the curing agent pressurized by the liquid pressurizing unit; and an injection unit having an injection port for injecting toward a road surface the polyurea coating mixed in the mixing unit. The mixing unit is arranged near the injection port and provided inside the injection unit. Since the mixing unit is arranged in the vicinity of the injection port and provided inside the injection unit, the mixing unit is less likely to be affected by air temperature. Thus, a decrease in the temperature of the main agent and the curing agent introduced into the mixing unit can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】塗料の温度を調整して塗装を行う２液型ポリウレア塗料を好適に施工できる路面塗装機を提供する。【解決手段】ポリウレア塗料を構成する主剤と硬化剤をそれぞれ加熱する加熱部と、この主剤と硬化剤をそれぞれ加圧する液加圧部と、この液加圧部で加圧した主剤と硬化剤を混合する混合部と、この混合部で混合したポリウレア塗料を路面へ向けて噴射する噴射口を有する噴射部を備え、前記混合部を前記噴射口の近傍に配置して前記噴射部の内側に設ける。前記混合部を前記噴射口の近傍に配置させて前記噴射部の内側に設けるので、前記混合部が気温の影響を受けにくく、混合部内へ導入した主剤及び硬化剤の温度の低下を抑制できる。【選択図】図１
