EARTHQUAKE STRENGTHENING STRUCTURE AND BUILDING
To provide an earthquake strengthening structure without any possibility to damage or degrade wooden structural material to be installed.SOLUTION: An earthquake strengthening structure 1 is provided with at least two wooden structural materials 3, strengthening structures 2 arranged between these wooden structural materials 3, and fixation structures 8A to fix the strengthening structure 2 on the wooden structural materials 3, wherein the strengthening structure 2 is provided with strengthening material 2a configured to be a part of the strengthening structure 2 and arranged side by side on the wooden structural material 3 to be installed, the fixation structure 8A is provided with buffer means 4 arranged between the strengthening material 2a and the wooden structural material 3 to be installed and elastically deformed when external force is applied, and fixation means 5 wounded up around or peripherally arranged on a part where the strengthening material 2a, the buffer means 4, and the wooden structural material 3 are overlapped, to indirectly integrate those.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
