AGITATING DEVICE AND MECHANICAL AGITATING METHOD USING THE SAME
To efficiently agitate a ground formation soil and an improvement material, and improve construction speed.SOLUTION: An agitation device 10 comprises a body part 12 which has an agitation blade 14 for agitating the ground by a plurality of cutting blades 16 and is provided with a discharge port for supplying an improvement material and/or air, and an auxiliary blade 20 which is mounted on the rear end side of the agitation blade 14 of the body part 12 so as to be axially rotatable. The auxiliary blade 20 includes a shaft part 22 and an auxiliary blade 24 provided on the outer periphery of the shaft part 22, and the agitation blade 24 is composed of a plurality of plate blades 26 the plate surfaces of which are inclined in the same direction relative to the rotation direction of the shaft part 22 or one or more spirally installed plate-like members. Thereby, when the agitation device 10 penetrates into the ground, a soil pressure is reduced by removed earth by forward rotation of the auxiliary blade 20, and when the agitation device 10 is extracted from the ground, agitation is promoted by feeding sediment to the agitation blade by reverse rotation of the auxiliary blade 20, so that a ground formation soil and an improvement material are efficiently agitated, and construction speed can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地盤形成土と改良材とを効率よく攪拌し、施工速度を向上させる。【解決手段】攪拌装置10は、複数の切削刃16により地盤を攪拌する攪拌翼14を有し、改良材及び/又はエアを供給する吐出口が設けられた本体部12と、本体部12の攪拌翼14よりも後端側に、軸回転可能に取り付けられた補助翼20とを含み、補助翼20は、軸部22と軸部22の外周に設けられた補助羽根24とを含み、補助羽根24は、軸部22の回転方向に対し板面が同じ方向に傾いた複数の板羽根26、或いは、螺旋状に設置された1枚以上の板状部材で構成される。これにより、攪拌装置10の地盤への貫入時は、補助翼20の正方向回転による排土によって土圧が軽減され、地盤からの引き抜き時は、補助翼20の逆方向回転による攪拌翼への土砂の送り込みによって攪拌が促進されるため、地盤形成土と改良材とが効率よく攪拌され、施工速度を向上させることができる。【選択図】図1
