LOWER FRAME MEMBER IN SYNTHETIC RESIN OPENING FRAME
To provide a lower frame member in which a heat insulation wall part is disposed for achieving a required heat insulation property irrespective of a mode in which a step exists in a bottom wall part, and in which a required drain hole can be formed sufficiently easily.SOLUTION: A lower frame member in a synthetic resin opening frame fixed to an opening of a building includes: a lower stage bottom wall part; a lower stage inside wall part extending upward from an inside edge of the lower stage bottom wall part; an upper stage bottom wall part extending inward from an upper end edge of the lower stage inside wall part; a vertical partition wall part extending upward from the upper stage bottom wall part; a lower stage outside wall part extending upward from an outside edge of the lower stage bottom wall part; a lower stage upper wall part extending inward from an upper end edge of the lower stage outside wall part; and an upper stage outside wall part extending upward from an inside edge of the lower stage upper wall part. Between the upper stage outside wall part and the vertical partition wall part, at least two heat insulation wall parts are disposed with an interval in the vertical direction. At a lower end part of the lower stage outside wall part, at least one drain hole is formed, and at each of the heat insulation wall part, at least one drain hole is formed which is positioned being aligned in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】底壁部に段差が存在する形態であるにも拘わらず、所要断熱特性を達成するための断熱壁部が配設されていると共に、所要の排水孔が充分容易に形成される下枠部材を提供する。【解決手段】建造物の開口に固定される合成樹脂製開口枠における下枠部材は、下段底壁部、下段低壁部の内側縁から上方に延びる下段内側壁部、下段内側壁部の上端縁から内側に延びる上段底壁部、上段底壁部から上方に延びる縦仕切壁部、下段底壁部の外側縁から、上方に延びる下段外側壁部、下段外側壁部の上端縁から内側に延びる下段上壁部、下段上壁部の内側縁から上方に延びる上段外側壁部を備えている。上段外側壁部と縦仕切壁部との間には、上下方向に間隔をおいて少なくとも２個の断熱壁部が配設されている。下段外側壁部の下端部には少なくとも１個の排水孔が形成されており、断熱壁部の各々には上下方向に整合して位置する少なくとも１個の排水孔が形成されている。【選択図】図２
