RESIN-MADE LOWER FRAME MEMBER
To reduce material cost and man-hours while suppressing downward deformation when supporting a standard sash, and to improve indoor/outdoor heat insulation in a resin-made lower frame member.SOLUTION: A lower frame member 20 is surrounded by an upper piece 21, a lower piece 31, an indoor-side piece 41, and an outdoor-side piece 51 to be in a hollow configuration. The upper piece is provided with an outer sash rail 22 for supporting an outer sash, and an inner sash rail 23 for supporting an inner sash. The lower piece is provided with an indoor lower piece 32 placed on a window sill, and an outdoor lower piece 36 extending to the outdoor side from the outdoor side end of the indoor lower piece via a stepped-down part 34. The lower frame member 20 includes a first rib 52 extending from an upper corner part 39 which is an intersection part between the stepped-down part and the indoor lower piece, downward to the outdoor side and connected to the outdoor lower piece, and a second rib 54 extending from the upper corner part upward to the outdoor side and connected to the upper piece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】樹脂製下枠部材において、標準的な障子を支持する場合に下方への変形を抑制しながら、材料費及び工数の低減を図り、かつ、屋内外の断熱性を向上する。【解決手段】下枠部材20は、上片21と、下片31と、屋内側片41と、屋外側片51とで囲まれて中空に構成される。上片には、外側障子を支持する外障子レール22と、内側障子を支持する内障子レール23とが設けられる。下片には、窓台上に載置される屋内下片32と、屋内下片の屋外側端から段落ち部34を介して、屋外側に延出する屋外下片36とが設けられる。外障子レールは、段落ち部より屋外側に設けられる。下枠部材20は、段落ち部と屋内下片との交差部である上角部39から、屋外側下方へ延在して、屋外下片に接続される第1リブ52と、上角部から、屋外側上方へ延在して、上片に接続される第2リブ54とを含む。【選択図】図5
