To properly control opening/closing of a door by a switch used in common for opening and closing.SOLUTION: An automatic door 100 includes: a control section 52 for controlling opening/closing of a door 20 provided in an opening; opening switches 241, 261 and closing switches 242, 262 made effective or ineffective according to a control state of the door 20; non-contact switches 23, 25 for outputting an operation signal according to non-contact operation of a user; a state information acquisition section 63 for acquiring effective/ineffective state information of the opening switches 241, 261 and the closing switches 242, 262; and an operation signal processing section 62 for outputting an opening/closing instruction signal as the effective opening switches 241, 261 or closing switches 242, 262 are operated based on the state information when receiving the operation signal from the non-contact switches 23, 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
