WATER INTAKE CONTROL SYSTEM
To provide a water intake control system capable of properly performing water raising control and water lowering control of water consumption to reduce overflow stream power.SOLUTION: A water intake control system 1 performs opening/closing control of a water intake gate 5 at a dam side in an electric power plant which takes-in water into a water tank 4 from a dam 2 via a water conduit 3 and generates electric power using an electric power generator 6. A water intake gate control device 10 constituting the water intake control system 1 includes: a water tank water-level detection portion 21 detecting a water-level of the water tank; a dam outflow rate detection portion 23 detecting a dam outflow rate; and a water intake gate opening/closing control portion 35 controlling opening/closing of the water intake gate 5. The water intake gate opening/closing control portion 35 controls the water intake gate 5 to open so as to raise water when the water-level of the water tank is zero or lower and an output of the electric power generator 6 is not the maximum output and when the dam outflow rate is zero or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 使用水量の増水制御、減水制御を適切に行って溢水電力の低減を図ることができる取水制御システムを提供すること。【解決手段】 取水制御システム1は、堰2から導水路3を介して水槽4に取水し発電機6を用いて発電を行う発電所において堰側の取水ゲート5の開閉制御を行う。取水制御システム1を構成する取水ゲート制御装置10は、水槽の水槽水位を検出する水槽水位検出部21と、堰放流量を検出する堰放流量検出部23と、取水ゲート5の開閉を制御する取水ゲート開閉制御部35とを有する。取水ゲート開閉制御部35は、水槽水位が0以下であって、発電機6の出力が最大出力になっていない場合であって、堰放流量が0以上である場合に、取水ゲート5を開いて増水するように制御する。【選択図】 図1
