PUMP CONTROL SYSTEM FOR WATER-INTAKE
The present invention relates to a pump control system for water intake. According to the present invention, the pump control system for water intake comprises: a pump (110) installed on a water source (S) side to receive water through an inlet (111), to make a pumping motion in accordance with a control signal, and to pressurize the supplied water, thereby discharging the water through an outlet (112); a water tank (120) which stores a certain volume of water to have a water supply hole (121) on one side and a water discharge hole (122) on the other side; a ball top valve (130) installed in the water tank (120) to open/close the water supply hole (121); a transfer pipe (140) extended and placed in between the outlet (112) of the pump (110) and the water supply hole (121) of the water tank (120) to transfer the water discharged from the pump (110) towards the water tank (120); and a control module which drives and controls the pump (110) to adjust a transferred water volume supplied to the water tank (120) in accordance with a user input signal of an input unit (155), to operate the pump (110) when a measurement of load current of the pump (110) is higher than a load current lower limit reference value set to determine a closed status of the ball top valve (130) and to forcibly stop an operation of the pump (110) when the measurement of load current of the pump (110) is lower than the load current lower limit reference. The present invention is to provide a pump control system for water intake, which is able to actively drive and control a pump, to prevent unnecessary power consumption and a reduced life of the pump, as well as to minimize the driving noise of the pump.
본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 수원(S) 측에 설치되어 흡입구(111)로 물을 공급받으며 제어신호에 따라 펌핑동작하며 공급된 물을 가압하여 토출구(112)로 배출하는 펌프(110); 일정량의 물을 저장하며 일측에는 급수구(121)가 마련되고 타측에는 배수구(122)가 마련된 물탱크(120); 상기 물탱크(120) 내에 설치되며 부력에 의해 상기 급수구(121)를 개폐하는 볼탑밸브(130); 상기 펌프(110)의 토출구(112)와 물탱크(120)의 급수구(121) 사이에 연장배치되어 펌프(110)에서 배출된 물을 물탱크(120) 측으로 이송하는 이송관(140); 및 입력부(155)의 사용자입력신호에 따라 물탱크(120)에 공급되는 이송량이 조절되도록 상기 펌프(110)를 구동제어하되, 상기 펌프(110)의 부하전류를 측정하여 측정된 부하전류 측정치가 상기 볼탑밸브(130)의 폐쇄된 상태를 판단하기 위해 설정된 부하전류 하한기준치보다 상대적으로 높으면 상기 펌프(110)가 동작하고 상대적으로 낮으면 펌프(110)의 동작이 강제정지되도록 구동제어하는 제어모듈(150);을 포함하는 취수용 펌프 제어시스템이 제공된다.

The present invention relates to a pump control system for water intake. According to the present invention, the pump control system for water intake comprises: a pump (110) installed on a water source (S) side to receive water through an inlet (111), to make a pumping motion in accordance with a control signal, and to pressurize the supplied water, thereby discharging the water through an outlet (112); a water tank (120) which stores a certain volume of water to have a water supply hole (121) on one side and a water discharge hole (122) on the other side; a ball top valve (130) installed in the water tank (120) to open/close the water supply hole (121); a transfer pipe (140) extended and placed in between the outlet (112) of the pump (110) and the water supply hole (121) of the water tank (120) to transfer the water discharged from the pump (110) towards the water tank (120); and a control module which drives and controls the pump (110) to adjust a transferred water volume supplied to the water tank (120) in accordance with a user input signal of an input unit (155), to operate the pump (110) when a measurement of load current of the pump (110) is higher than a load current lower limit reference value set to determine a closed status of the ball top valve (130) and to forcibly stop an operation of the pump (110) when the measurement of load current of the pump (110) is lower than the load current lower limit reference.
