HEATING METHOD FOR CONCRETE AGGREGATE AND HEATING SYSTEM USED THEREFOR
To realize reduction of energy loss by making energy efficiency satisfactory, reduction of a load in the maintenance update of a facility by simplifying the facility in a concrete production factory, stabilization in the fresh properties of concrete by making it easier to grasp the moisture content of an aggregate, and reduction in an environmental load, in a heating method and system for a concrete aggregate.SOLUTION: In the method and system, an aggregate A heatable by radiating microwaves is used as a concrete aggregate, and the aggregate A is heated by radiating microwaves by a microwave generation machine M in a process of feeding the aggregate A to a concrete production facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】コンクリート用骨材の加熱方法及システムにおいて、エネルギー効率を良好にしてエネルギーのロスを少なくすること、コンクリート製造工場内で設備を簡素化して設備の維持更新における負荷を低減すること、骨材の水分量を把握しやすくして、コンクリートのフレッシュ性状を安定させること、併せて環境負荷の低減を図ること、を実現する。【解決手段】本方法及び本システムでは、コンクリート用骨材にマイクロ波の照射により加熱可能な骨材Ａを用い、この骨材Ａを、コンクリートの製造設備へ送給する過程でマイクロ波発生装置Мによりマイクロ波を照射することにより、加熱する。【選択図】図２
