Novel aggregate heating vehicle
The invention provides a novel aggregate heating vehicle which is characterized in that the discharging end of a feeding device is matched with a double-layer conveying device, so that materials enter the feeding end of the double-layer conveying device, and the discharging end of the double-layer conveying device is matched with the feeding position of a mixing device; combined gas heating walls are arranged on the double-layer conveying device and the mixing device, each combined gas heating wall comprises an installation support matched with the double-layer conveying device and the mixing device, a plurality of installation positions are arranged on each combined gas heating wall, each installation position is provided with a heating unit, each heating unit comprises a heating interlayer, and each heating interlayer is provided with a heating cavity. A gas manifold is arranged on the heating interlayer, a control valve is arranged on the gas manifold, and the outlet end of each control valve is communicated with the main gas pipe through a corresponding connector. The double-layer material conveying device can stably operate at high temperature, and the temperature of the aggregate can be uniformly increased to 120-160 DEG C from normal temperature; and the asphalt and other admixtures are added by adopting the design of double mixing cylinders, so that the regenerated asphalt mixture is more uniform.
本发明提供了一种新式集料加热车，供料装置的出料端与一双层输料装置相适配，使物料进入双层输料装置的入料端，该双层输料装置的出料端与一拌和装置的入料处相适配；双层输料装置与拌和装置上均设置有组合式燃气加热墙，组合式燃气加热墙包括与双层输料装置、拌和装置相适配的安装支架，其布置有若干个安装位，每一个安装位设置有一加热单元，该加热单元包括加热夹层，该加热夹层上设置有一燃气歧管，该燃气歧管上设置有一控制阀，每个控制阀的出口端通过对应的连接头与主燃气管相连通。双层式输料装置可在高温下稳定运行，可将集料从常温均匀提温至120℃‑160℃；采用了双拌缸设计添加沥青等外掺剂，使再生沥青混合料更加均匀。
