DISASTER PREVENTION DEVICE FOR PROTECTING AGAINST BOTH FLOOD DAMAGE AND EARTHQUAKE
To provide a disaster prevention device capable of protecting a building or the like placed on a stand from flooding by automatically raising the stand without requiring any prior operation whenever flood damage occurs, and further preventing damage to the building or the like by making it difficult for shaking from the ground to be transmitted even in the event of an earthquake.SOLUTION: A stand on which a building or the like is placed is suspended by a wire rope through a pulley, a spring is incorporated so as to apply force in the direction of lifting the stand, and a hydraulic jack is incorporated so as to apply force in the direction of pulling down the stand. When the float lever attached to the stand is activated by flooding, the hydraulic pressure is released and the brake by the hydraulic jack is released, the stand is lifted by the spring force, and the building or the like placed on the stand automatically rises as the water level rises.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】いつ水害が発生しても事前の操作が必要なく、自動で架台が上昇しその上に載せた建物等を浸水から守ることができ、さらに地震に対しても地面からの揺れを伝わりにくくして建物等への被害を防ぐことのできる防災装置を提供することを目的とした。【解決手段】建物等を載せた架台を滑車を介したワイヤーロープで吊り下げ、ばねを架台を吊り上げる方向に力がかかるように組み込み、油圧ジャッキを架台を引き下ろす方向に力がかかるように組み込んで、架台に取付けたフロートレバーが浸水により作動すると、油圧を抜いて油圧ジャッキによるブレーキを開放してばねの力で架台を吊り上げ、水位の上昇と共にその上に載せた建物等も自動的に上昇するようにした。【選択図】図2
