To provide a dwelling having a storing space allowing easy taking-in and taking-out of articles, while avoiding narrowing of a floor area.SOLUTION: A dwelling 10 has an open ceiling space 19 provided straddling a first floor part 11 and a second floor part 12. A floor part 21 of the open ceiling space 19 is installed at a position of the same height of the floor part 17 of a first floor space 15. A ceiling part 22 of the open ceiling space 19 is installed at an intermediate height between a floor part 18 in a second floor space 16 and a ceiling part 23. In the second floor part 12, a storing space 25 is provided at an upper part of the open ceiling space 19. The storing space 25 has a storing opening 27 opened to the second floor space 16 adjacent to the storing space 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】床面積が狭くなるのを回避しながら、物の出し入れが容易な収納空間を設けることができる住宅を提供する。【解決手段】住宅１０は、一階部分１１と二階部分１２とに跨って設けられた吹き抜け空間１９を備える。吹き抜け空間１９の床部２１は、一階空間１５の床部１７と同じ高さ位置に設定されている。吹き抜け空間１９の天井部２２は、二階空間１６における床部１８と天井部２３との間の中間高さに設定されている。二階部分１２において、吹き抜け空間１９の上方には収納空間２５が設けられている。収納空間２５は、当該収納空間２５と隣接する二階空間１６に開放された収納開口部２７を有している。【選択図】図１
