FASTENING STRUCTURE OF PLATE MATERIAL
To provide a fastening structure of a plate material which can insert a bolt into a bolt insertion hole by correcting a displacement by an easy operation even if the displacement occurs at a center position of the bolt insertion hole when superimposingly bolt-joining two pieces of the plate materials.SOLUTION: A fastening structure of a plate material is constituted of a pile head plate 11 joined to a head of a foundation pile 1, a base plate 21 joined to a lower end part of a steel column 2, and bolts 4 and nuts 5 which are screwed to each other while making washers 3A, 3B interposed therebetween. The washers 3A, 3B have forms which are obtained by forming a leg part 32 which is smaller than a seat part 31 in a diameter at a backface side of the circular plate-shaped seat part 31 coaxially therewith. The leg part 32 is rotatable in a state of being fit into bolt insertion holes 12, 22, and bolt receiving holes 33 having inside diameters which are made to coincide with axial dimensions of the bolts 4 penetrate the seat part 31 and the leg part 32 in an eccentric position with respect to the circular plate-shaped seat part 31. By rotating a pair of the washers 3A, 3B, centers of the bolt receiving holes 33 are made to coincide with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】2枚のプレート材を重ねてボルト接合する際に、ボルト挿通孔の中心位置にずれがあっても簡単な操作でずれを修正してボルトを挿通することができ、支圧によるせん断力の伝達が十分に行われるプレート材の締結構造を提供すること。【解決手段】基礎杭1の頭部に接合された杭頭プレート11と、鉄骨柱2の下端部に接合されたベースプレート21と、座金3A,3Bを介在させて螺合するボルト4及びナット5の各部材で構成され、座金3A,3Bは、円板状の座部31の背面側に座部31より小径の脚部32を同心状に形成した形態をなし、脚部32がボルト挿通孔12,22に嵌合した状態で回転可能であり、ボルト4の軸径に合わせた内径のボルト受入れ孔33が円板状の座部31に対して偏心位置で座部31と脚部32を貫通したもので、これら一対の座金3A,3Bを回転することで互いのボルト受入れ孔33の中心を一致させる。【選択図】図1
