To provide a system and the like which can achieve improvement of operability of an operation mechanism for an operator.SOLUTION: By the action of an actuator 114 being controlled, operation reaction forces f1(θ), f2(φ) acting on operation levers 2111, 2112 are controlled. At this time, the operation reaction forces f1(θ), f2(φ) are controlled in such a manner that reaction forces F1(θ), F2(φ) in operation directions opposite from each other which are sensed by an operator via the operation levers 2111, 2112 (operation mechanism) are achieved to be symmetrical with an operation amount 0 being a reference, in an operation amount range in a positive operation direction and in an operation amount range in a negative operation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
