To provide a charging system and a charging device in which a facility for charging a plurality of electric vehicles can be installed at low cost.SOLUTION: A charging system 1 includes: a second power transmission unit 65; a movement mechanism 61 for moving the second power transmission unit 65 within a movable region including prescribed ranges 54 of a plurality of parking spaces 51; and a power transmission control unit 22 for executing vehicle charging processing for, when a first electric vehicle 90 is parked in a first parking space 51 which is one of the plurality of parking spaces 51, charging the first electric vehicle 90 by moving the second power transmission unit 65 to the prescribed range 54 of the first parking space 51 by means of the movement mechanism 61, and opposing the second power transmission unit 65 to a first power transmission unit 91 which is provided in the first electric vehicle 90 so as to wirelessly transmit power from the second power transmission unit 65 to the first power transmission unit 91.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
